Bonds are lodged through the Department of Commerce in Western Australia. To collect the bond, you can take cash, cheque, credit card or a direct debit.

Steps to complete

• Download the Bond Lodgement form or complete it online
• Complete all the sections of the form
• Have all parties sigh the form
• Lodge the form

Tips

• The Bond Lodgement form needs to be lodged within 14 days of receiving the bond.
