Bond refund requests are made to the Residential Tenancies Authority using a Refund of rental bond. The form below should be completed when the tenancy agreement has ended.

• Download the 'Refund of rental bond' form above
• Complete the form correctly
• Lodge the form online here or forms can also be posted to: RTA, GPO Box 390, Brisbane Q 4001

Tips

• Only original, signed forms should be submitted to the RTA. Faxed, emailed or photocopied forms will not be accepted.
